Long Description A compact food processor with high precision settings and a comprehensive cutter and disc design aimed at obtaining a perfect cut. Features a 1½HP motor spinning at 1,800 RPM to produce 110 to 770 pounds per hour. Includes a 4mm slicing disc, a 2mm shredding disc, an ejection disc for products that require it, and a 4.4L (4.65 quart) cutting bowl with a serrated 'S' blade and lateral stirrer that gives homogeneous and fine mixing results. cETLus and NSF Listed.
